Graduating from Long Beach State University with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, Terri has worked in California, Oregon, and Washington. Moving to Hawaii was a dream she had since she was a child. Terri was thrilled to work at Hawaiian Rehabilitation Services as a travel PT in 2017 and 2018. In 2019 she finally was able to move to Kailua Kona. Terri has helped thousands of patients throughout her career which included the Veteran's Administration Medical Centers of Long Beach, CA and Roseburg, OR, 14 years of Home Health, 14 years in the Skilled Nursing setting, positions as a Facility Rehab Director, Corporate Rehab Director, Marketing and Sales, and as an Administrator.
Her strength as a well-seasoned PT is in Outpatient Physical Therapy where she has worked for the last 13 years specializing in Women's and Men's Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy and Spine and Ortho rehabilitation. Terri incorporates manual therapy techniques, mobilization, muscle energy, and exercise in her treatment approach. She looks forward to collaborating with more patients at Hawaiian Rehabilitation Services to keep their lives in forward motion...with a smile!
When she is not working, she enjoys dancing hula, participating in her church Hula Ministry, hanging out with friends in Hawi and Kailua Kona, listening to live Hawaiian music, kanikapila dancing with friends, and playing with her rascally puppy, Po. She loves to laugh, travel and ski.
